The Programme follows the academic calendar of the University of Western Macedonia. The winter semester begins in October and the spring semester at the end of February or in March, and each semester lasts thirteen full weeks. Classes are held by distance learning, mainly on working days in the afternoon or on Saturday or Sunday, so as to accommodate students who are in employment.
The timetable is drawn up under the responsibility of the Director of the Programme and published by the Secretariat. If a class cannot be held, a replacement class is provided for; its date and time are announced on the Programme website and on e-class.
The timetable for the 2026–2027 academic year will be announced shortly before the start of the semester.
